Association is limited to one associate per market.  A market is defined as a telephone area code.

Criteria for Association:

     1)  Association is for registered real estate brokers/companies, and not available to individual real estate agents.
     2)  Associates must be MLS members
     3)  Companies must have a website
     4)  Companies must be, or exhibit an interest in being, a leader in their respective markets


Fees are negotiable by geographic circumstance.  Basic frame work is:

     1)  $95 per month, for your area code.
     2)  $25 per month, for each contiguous area code

          or

     3)  telephone usage surcharge of 1.25 cents per minute.

         whichever is greater.

    

Points of contract to include:

     1)  associate can cancel at any time with no penalties.
     2)  contract term is one year.
     3)  associates always have the option to renew, at the then market rate.
     4)  associates will have the right of first refusal, within their market, on participation in any future programs that may develop.
